Living in an apartment does not mean you cannot be prepared. I keep a combination of flat containers under the bed and additional storage in a closet. It is not excessive but it gives me a reliable supply if something happens. I also keep purification tablets and a filter as backups. It is all about using the space you have without overcomplicating things.

Prepping in an apartment really comes down to being creative. I stash flat water containers under my couch and always keep a Sawyer Squeeze in my go-bag. It’s definitely not as solid as having a whole well system but it’s better than nothing. When you’re tight on space, having good purification options often matters more than just how many gallons you have.
