Question about Glock frames

I’m looking to do a full build, but I want to make sure everything is completely compliant and above board. I’ve heard that Glock sells frames that already have their factory serial numbers on them. Has anyone actually been able to get one of these? I’ve checked the usual online retailers, but I’m not having any luck. I’m not sure if they’re always out of stock or if I’m just searching in the wrong spots. Any advice from those who’ve been through this would be greatly appreciated!

Factory serialized frames are out there but they go through licensed dealers pretty fast. Check your local shops instead of just the big online stores...the demand is high, so timing is important

I looked into building too but kept hitting dead ends. From what I’ve seen, finding parts on their own isn’t easy. Most folks just buy a complete rifle and go from there.
