Featureless rifles

I’m just getting into the whole featureless AR thing and thought I’d reach out here for some advice. Has anyone here managed to put one together? If you have, would you recommend it to someone who's just starting out or is it better to go for a pre-configured rifle? I’m interested in how others tackle the process and if it’s been worth the time and effort.

I have built a featureless rifle before. It is possible but you really have to know the laws. If you're new to it, buying one already built by a good company will save you a headache..

I advice you start with something already set up so you get a feel for it. Building is fun, sure but it’s easier once you’ve got that baseline.
